Thomas had a great season of Tball this year. Charlie was even able to be a substitute player for two games. Charlie was so pumped and he did a great job. Thomas has improved on his hitting, fielding and sliding of course this season. He is really looking forward to coach pitch next year.
I slammed Tuna’s hand in the rear door of the van. Got it good too. He sneaked up me behind me and sure enough I shut the door hard and had to release the latch to get his hand out. It bruised quickly.
I am obsessed with my trees. We have a maple tree that we call Lauryn’s tree. We had to replace the tree last year suddenly and I blamed it on spraying weed killer late in summer last year. The spot that the tree is in is ideal. As you walk in the house from the garage you can see it through the window and it helps to block the neighbors house, it’s leaves where going to blow into the forest etc. I planted the new tree this fall and this spring it took off and I was so happy. But wouldn’t you know, leaves started drooping. We pulled emergency surgery. I decided to move the tree because I think that it was getting over watered. Wait and see. Will 40 feet up a slight hill do it….. To be continued
Tuna came down stairs the other day and said “my shirt has 2 guys wrestling under barbwire!”. He thought it was the coolest thing ever. I wonder if this is what he had in mind.
The guy who got me hired at Wells Fargo passed away today. 40 years old. Died of lymphoma cancer. He was a good web developer, BBQ’r, business man and was a great friend.
Yesterday was Grandma Nugent’s birthday so I wanted to post some images of their snowbird trip. The kids love to see these photos. Mostly cause they have dune buggies.
