Henry and Bear walked tonight. More than just two steps anyway. Henry did really good and Mary loves to clap with everyone cheering her on. We are putting it down in the books we are walking. Everyone lookout.
Charlie loves the movie “The Sandlot” so we play a lot of baseball at night. He always is aiming to knock my head off. Watch in this video how he pulls his bat back after he hits the ball. To funny and to old for a 3 year old.
Tuna does not like clowns. He doesn’t like people in animal or mascot costumes either. We love to torture him. Maggie took him to the local library today to see Ronald McDonald which he volunteered. When they got there he wouldn’t go near him. Laura our librarian had to hold his hand up front and when it came time for a photo he clenched Maggie so tight that he almost hurt her.
After the party at the Library they headed to Cramer’s for a play date. On the way home Maggie told me that Tuna said “Mom I am allergic to clowns. I like Dan Mordel better.”
Maggie took the kids to the Davenport Zoo early in the week. While at the zoo they packed a lunch with ham sandwiches. Thomas refused to eat the crust from his sandwich. As Maggie was feeding was the twins she turned around for 2 seconds and the left over sandwich was gone. Everyone searched the ground, the near by garbage, even his pockets without so much as a crumb. We have tried tickling it out of him with no luck. He just starts smiling if you ask where’s the crust? So if you see him make sure to ask. Say “Thomas come here I want to ask you something” instant grin.
If you look closely Henry is trying to get into the mix and jump out of Gabriel’s arms.
